As a Full-Time Video Editor, you will be responsible for shaping the voice and visual
storytelling of our documentary projects from creative briefs developed by Lampstand’s
Producers, Directors, and Project Leads.
You will work closely with directors, producers, motion graphic artists, and cinematographers
to cut compelling stories that meet creative vision and technical standards.

We are seeking a passionate and gifted International Story Producer/Filmmaker to join our
growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-cultural environments, has a
heart for telling powerful stories of non-profit work around the globe, and knows how to
capture and craft compelling stories that resonate deeply with western audiences.
This position will work closely with some of the most strategic faith-based ministry
organizations in the world ranging from church planting movements, development
organizations, water orgs, medical and refugee service and beyond.
You’ll work on the front lines of storytelling—researching, producing, filming, and directing projects with our team and our clients that communicate the harsh realities of our world and the redemptive work being done around the globe.
From initial concept to final edit, your work will help inspire, mobilize, and impact people worldwide.
